En un futuro lejano los humanos han abandonado la destruida tierra para mudarse al mundo superior de Tenjo, pero este lugar y la ley de causa y efecto colapsan por lo que obliga a los hombres volver a la tierra que ahora se encuentra inhabitable excepto por el área de Shinshu, donde no caben todos los humanos. Por eso crean Juso Sekai, un duplicado del área en un mundo paralelo. Para poder reconstruir Tenjo, los humanos comienzan la reproducción de la historia desde el 10,000 A.C. Cuando la reproducción llega al 1413 D.C. una guerra comienza en Shinshu y Juso Sekai cae en el mundo original. Los humanos viviendo en Juso Sekai pierden sus tierras e invaden el mundo original. La gente en Shinshu se rinde y la tierra es dividida por invasores de Juso Sekai. Ellos luego tratan de completar la reproducción histórica desde el 1457 D.C. pero la actualización de la historia termina en el 1648 D.C. Un rumor del apocalipsis comienza a expandirse por el mundo.
